This is what I am happy doing, just pottering in the kitchen, making sandwiches for packed lunches, cakes too, watching a 40’s film, and drinking tea with my 40’s teapot and cup and saucer.

Is that the war time film? Its a long time since I have seen it. I was a strange child, prefering old black & white movies to cartoons and kid tv. I definitely recommend The Ghost and Mrs Muir. One of my fave films. 🙂

Yes, It’s all about a typical family in wartime, but, I think it’s really very upper class in those days! I will try and find your film, thanks for the recommendation.
